My artistic practice is a vibrant intersection of collage and paint, drawing inspiration from classic films, vintage postcards, and old magazines. As a storyteller, I delve into the nostalgia of bygone eras, creating immersive experiences that resonate with contemporary audiences. The essence of my work lies in the exploration of idyllic escapes – whether to the sun-drenched beaches or the poolside retreats of yesteryears. I reimagine the allure of mid-century homes, capturing the spirit of joyous gatherings and sophisticated parties. The empowering imagery of women takes center stage, reflecting the resilience and dynamism of the feminine spirit across time. Through the fusion of collage elements, digital prints, photo transfer and at times acrylic glass, I bring these scenes to life, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in the layers of history and aspiration.
