Shipping Terms and Agreement

 

For purchases of large work from our site - At check out you may select if shipping is needed. A member of our team will be in contact with you within 1-2 business days to arrange shipping for you. Shipping is not covered in the price of work, you will be sent a quote to approve and are required to pay either through an etransfer or over the phone.

For purchases via email or Instagram - please let us know if you require shipping. You will be sent a quote, once approved it will get added to your invoice and we will email it to you. Invoices can be paid by e-transfer or over the phone.

Notes:

  • If you require specific shipping conditions please let us know and we will try to accommodate you as best we can. We cannot guarantee the timeline of work being shipped, but we try to have your piece packaged and sent out within 5 business days once the invoice has been paid.

  • We are not responsible for additional costs such as duties for international shipping.

  • Our team takes great care to ensure your piece arrives safely to your location. We package work in cardboard secured with packing foam, bubble wrap, & air cushions.
