In my Flow series, I use liquid acrylics and mediums to capture moments in the constant movement of bodies of water. When the paint is wet, it is fluid - yet it is still when dry. There is tension as the paint dries - what will the finished painting be? Rather like life - we never know what image will remain. We remember only brief moments in time, yet life is a constant flow of all the moments in between.
A graduate of OCADU, I have worked as a professional artist represented by several Toronto galleries since 2002.
