My work explores abstract visions of the everyday landscape. My paintings are inspired by the spaces we live in and move through in our daily routines. Landscape to me is not about the sublime and untouched, instead, my work attempts to express what is notable in the mundane.
My paintings are not a single moment, but many at once; fleeting and familiar but not recognizable. I aim to express my experiences of moving through the landscape and how they shape my perception of my surroundings and myself.
