I integrate figures into textured backgrounds to explore our interconnectedness and shared responsibilities: we are our contexts. I am fascinated by the narratives that emerge when placing figures within different settings, whether recognizable or abstract.

Using collage as a foundation, I combine these dynamic backgrounds with images from my sketches or personal photos, transforming chaotic elements into calm, contemplative work.
